Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with AllyShield for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to all paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, and Enterprise) for both monthly and annual billing.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team using one of the following methods:

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

  • First-time purchases within 14 days of the initial payment date.
  • Plan upgrades within 14 days of the upgrade payment date. Only the difference between plans is refundable.
  • Annual plan purchases within 14 days of the annual payment date.

4. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
  • Renewal charges. If you forgot to cancel before renewal, we will cancel your subscription going forward but cannot refund the renewal charge. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial-month usage. If you cancel mid-cycle after the 14-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases (such as additional scan credits or white-label report packs) are non-refundable after use.

5. Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan. You retain access to the higher plan's features until the current billing period ends.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies. If you are unsure whether AllyShield is right for you, we recommend starting with the Free plan before upgrading.

7. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to the refund and cancellation terms outlined in their service agreement. If no specific terms are defined, this policy applies.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
